Dude people doing m+ early on in the raid are going to be fucking zooted. With no tforging and the time gated socket fix mythic gear will eventually win out but first 3 weeks of progress with the fiesta corrupted items are m+ is going to be all of your gear.

you pretty much can't win with loot (and to an extent class design) unless you compartmentalize/isolate every activity in the game. i don't think that's a good way to go, though, I'm glad we can have relevant gear from different, challenging content.

The main point is that it allows players that want to M+ and not raid that option similar to PVP. Some raiders get 2400 first week and then in 2-3 weeks it doesn’t matter.

Does this mean that m+ gear is more than 5 ilvl below mythic gear? When you can get m+ gear to be close to mythic raid gear it devalues actually doing mythic raiding
