They have announced so many good changes for shadowlands with the concept of removing RNG and shitty grinds. Kind of wild they’re seemingly going to let this expansion play out how it’s been instead of making changes early. 9.0 is a year away likely.

They need a fresh start. Shadowlands will feel like a new game after all said and done. It's what wow needs atm. Just gotta let BFA die a slow death so people fall in love with SL instantly instead of trying to make it like SL now.
Wait are you saying it’s in their best interest to let over 1 year of wow be worse(on purpose) so the initial impact of shadowlands seems better?
