Ya this panel kinda blows besides casual shit. Hunters might get better execute again due to this which is highly necessary, right now that needs to be their niche to be brought to raid and AMZ is good change

MoP was nice gameplay wise but it was kinda silly to have talents at 20-30-40-50-60-70-80-85 and 90. It's not really sustainable to just add another talent every 5-10 levels to infinity and beyond. That was just his point.
