Should reconsider. It doesn’t have to be tier that does this, but what tier does is effortlessly alters class balance in every raid and slightly alters what you do to keep playing your character fresh. Class sets 1000% need to come back, the generic armor type sets can look really cool but it's not the same

This may be the reason legendaries are coming back. If tier sets do come back, they need to make sure we aren't forced to use mixtures of last tiers sets like we did in Tomb/Nighthold. Tiers a wonderful thing as it adds uniqueness to the class, just gotta balance it correctly.
