when they fixed the adds spawning in p2 bug for easy after they killed it they made it so you can't empower him twice in P2 anymore. it's doable just not worth the time investment before they nerf it, which they will. heroic guilds will never kill that boss in its current form.
we thought it was health based so we legit afk'd P2 entirely and just empowered him once got him to 45% and then waited and no more orbs spawn
