If you’re in charge of getting good players in your guild my best advice would be to take risks on players you think might not “fit in” or “mesh” in your guild. Turns out most of the time good players get along with other good players.
IMO always worth it if you believe in your guilds culture to have a good player buy into what you’re about no matter how they act when they get there. And if not, simply fail their trial. There are not enough good US players to be as picky.
