What does your break schedule actually look like during early progress?
Well on the day we do WF hours (first Tuesday) we do like 2 1 hour breaks for food and a couple 15 minute ones. Normally on our 5-6 hour raid nights it’s usually just 1 10-15 mInute break

Damn, we raid three hours per week and still have a 10 min break
