If you're saying that poaching has shading antics that isn't really how people view poaching in the community. The community views poaching as someone reaching out when the person isn't looking. While poaching by definition doesn't fit, it's the term chosen by the community.
Ya I agree with that. However people complain about and detest poaching. When reaching out to someone who isn’t looking isn’t something to be mad about, for any party involved.
The issue however is that guilds do this during progression for many guilds, losing a vital player in the middle of progression hurts the guild being effected to the point that they have every right to be upset.
