if i was happy where i was and someone offered me 5 grand to come play for them. id probably leave. some opportunities are too much to pass up and not every guild you make your home with have the clout to offer something of that magnitude. SO to say that its their fault is meh

yea i just used it as like a basis. You could argue if your guild recruited the best player of like the average guild its hard to blame the average guild for not giving the US first opportunity. In some things you can 100% but i agree with ur first point about poaching.
I won’t even use our guild as an example because no one has even confronted me about poaching their players because for them to blame us their player for pursuing that would be insane.
