Just to be clear nothing happened, this isn’t a response to anything. I’m just tired of hearing other guilds blame other guilds for taking their players. Sometimes people want better opportunities.

Random thought: Poaching is not something to get mad at and also isn’t real. If people want to leave your guild that’s your fault. Also for future reference if there’s someone in your guild that’s talented in the slightest I’m interested in trialing him. They bet on themselves

Especially in the US there are probably less than 50 great players total. Gotta do what you can to survive and continue to get better.

if i was happy where i was and someone offered me 5 grand to come play for them. id probably leave. some opportunities are too much to pass up and not every guild you make your home with have the clout to offer something of that magnitude. SO to say that its their fault is meh

You can't actually be this stupid. Poaching does happen, people leave guilds they're happy in for top end offers(aka poaching), I've done it, many have. Regardless of how many players are great in the US, everyone tries to get anyone who can make an improve to a team.

??? That’s exactly my point lol. My point is poaching is a bad word for that. The word poaching implies the higher ranked or guild that takes the player did some like “sly shit” or shady antics to pry a player from some guild.
