We will be killing argus 3x on Thursday of this week starting at 8 CST. We need 3 Lockouts at mythic argus for that day. State here that you have a lockout and then i'll DM you and you can send picture of it extended inside the raid.

It would be great if you verified with their guild that they actually have rights to the lockout
Ya we’ve talked about this but there’s literally no way. We do what we can to make sure they’re not doing it on accident. But if someone is doing that on purpose we had a guy tell us a completely different story. There is really no way to verify

Moral of the story is I’d like it to not happen and if I knew I wouldn’t do it but there is no way to know(usually). I’m not going to call off the whole thing which has been generally positive because 2 people have done this.

We saw a video of someone give a lock to you guys that they weren't using to screw a guild over. It happens. We had people last week trying to trade their guilds lockout to my guild for CE and I knew their GMs. I was scratching my head for sure. I don't think it's controllable.

Really? Seems you could easily check logs for the seller, identify if it was a guild group and contact the guild...? What am I missing?

Okay you can but what happens when there’s no logs and someone tells you it’s not. Or tells me exactly this “this is an old lockout they’re reclearing”. I’m gonna go with that, I’m not going to do investigative work to find out the exact truth.
