actually it’s kidnapping and other infractions and needs to be prosecuted

Invaders have no rights.
-
asylum seekers actually have lots of clearly defined legal rights
-
Except they're not seeking asylum if they were they would follow asylum laws which state the next country closest to theirs which would be Mexico. They're taking advantage of the United States and idiots like you allow it
-
the united states is the reason they have to seek asylum because they keep propping up fascist dictators and rebellions in Latin America
-
Riiight...couldnt possibly be because socialism sucks and socialism fails EVERYWHERE
-
ah yes, the famously socialist country, fucking Honduras, with its incredibly right wing government

The word "patriot" sends me straight into fight-or-flight these days.
-
Oh, it always should. It's always been a bad thing.
-
Patriotism is bad? Wow talk about brainwashed huh?
-
Yeah, being literally forced to stand for a mandatory pledge to an object 5 days a week for 13 years isn't brainwashing, but being resentful about that is. Clearly.
-
Then run along. Every nation has a pledge they believe and stand by. You don’t agree with it then by all means the door is right there. Go someplace you’d feel more comfortable in.
-
So on one side of your mouth you say that every nation has a pledge, and on the other, you pretend like youths have the legal autonomy to go some place where they're not violently forced to do subservient rituals. Pick one. Also fuck all nations.pic.twitter.com/FIoOqJmK6J
-
So is the only subservient ritual you speak of the pledge? Bc I’ve already told you we have the right to not pledge if we so choose. It’s backed by the Supreme Court. And I never told youths to leave the country. Im speaking about able bodied adults who hate living America. Goooo
-
A handful of legal experts saying you don't have to pledge subservience to an object means jackall in the face of the hundreds of millions of people that were told they had to pledge subservience in the past 70 years, by people with power over them. It's indoctrination.pic.twitter.com/gzCF27Dsi6

Unclear to what extent the paramilitaries and the CBP are working together. This is an important thing to keep an eye out for because if the government is working with paramilitaries then the time is ripe to run for the ducking hills.
-
The article shows that they are very versed on the specifics of what is and is not an illegal detention. There's no way that isn't the result of a dialogue with CBP.

Came here to say that. I grew up in the area, and there were groups like the Minutemen then. But it was seen as such a small, fringe phenomenon that it didn't get much attention. Hard to avoid the conclusion that they've been emboldened and encouraged lately.
