Since we published our investigation on Friday into a rogue Bristol carpentry business hiding behind different names and pocketing customers' deposits, at least 4 people have been refunded
How can a business get away with withholding refunds and hiding behind anonymous social media pages?
What have the authorities done? And what will happen to the people who are still owed hundreds of pounds?

We've now uncovered a link between first business and the second - which recently changed its name to SW Carpentry and Garden Services.
We can also reveal the man behind them, who is now being investigated by Bristol Trading Standards.
After the business 'closed down' and went quiet, reports began surfacing of another trader on Facebook was operating in the same way. As soon as we started looking into it, we were swamped with a deluge of similar experiences – angry customers who had been ripped off.
Denise paid £580 for the deposit and materials, but asked for a refund after the trader cancelled and rescheduled multiple times.
She was one of a number of customers who had all but given up on getting their money back
