I want to share everything that’s working for us, but some friends have had experiences of competitors swiftly implementing those ideas and harming their businesses. Sharing everything is my preference, but I’m worried it’s a little naive. Thoughts?

FWIW, extreme argument: I believe you _could_ hand everything you have today to a technical team and they will still implement a different product, not to mention the whole product (brand, CX, service). Products are theatre, and 90%+ of teams can’t act.
