    Great scholarship on intl law of espionage 👇

    Last month I learned that my doctoral dissertation on the int'l law of espionage was awarded the Ambrose Gherini Prize for best written work in the field of int'l law by faculty. It took five years to complete & I couldn't be prouder.

    Basic principle: Never take a gov't post you are unwilling to resign or be fired from. If you can't accept that principle you have no business being in gov't.

    A senior Trump administration official says Emily Murphy is confiding to others that she feels “extreme pressure” but “she doesn’t want to be disloyal to the administration that hired her.” But the oath she takes is to be faithful to the Constitution, not Donald Trump’s whims.
