@mattvsjapan ajatt months 1-3 were a whirlwind of progress, month 4 has felt like I've not learned anything at all, or if anything, gotten worse! What have I done wrong?

5/4 Sorry everyone for spamming. I hope that there are some fragments in there that can help you or anyone else out. I am just at the beginning of my AJATT Story, but it felt good to write that down also for myself to remember my current goals. Have a great day everyone

No spam don't worry! I'm following AJATT the best I can, I've never had a full day of listening as my life doesn't allow for that. Most I've done in a day is 5 hours, most days of this month have been less than 1 hour but I've been super busy with work,

there is a lot more to AJATT than just immersion. I was talking about those other technical elements when I said it doesn't look like you are staying strict with the protocol

Lol sorry British English. He seems to talk forever without getting to the point. I can't stand to read it, which is shameful of me I know.

Don't expect to successfully make AJATT work without having read the AJATT table of contents. That would be like trying to get good at sport without knowing the rules.

Hopefully you understand the point I was trying to make. Sorry if my metaphor wasn't apt for you
