Thanks guys! The NHK one has giant lists, but unfortunately doesn't explain any sort of rules or general principles.... out of curiosity, what was that text that you citied the noun-compound rules from in your phonetics lesson on them?

The NHK日本語発音アクセント辞典 might have you covered. I think it's the go to source for a lot of reporters/narrators here when they're training or want to check this sort of thing. Sorry to butt in.
