It seems as though every successful #saas founder that I've talked to tried to build a hugely complex, not well though out, "build it and they will come" moonshot before finally settling down and actually thinking about users and the problem they're solving.

Val had done lots of consulting, and noticed that every once in awhile people would go to this huge effort to put together a thank you card for coworkers (Birthdays, babies, leaving, etc.) When the pandemic hit, he knew this would be even more useful
