    Something I've been thinking about: Many organizational initiatives "fail" because the underlying need is simply to communicate more. The initiative allows people to have a conversation they've been avoiding, then they abandon that initiative because the underlying need is met.

    This song was a joy to work on, and I'm so happy with how it turned out! Getting the drum take and tone right was a challenge, but I feel like I'm getting better and better at finding a groove within a grid.
