Exactly. Like, in France (which is obviously pretty secular) almost nothing is open on Sundays.

And religious feast days that almost no one observes. I’m afraid weekends are when a lucky minority relaxes and most people just go on struggling or working, often without rest. I bet the evangelical faith-and-work orgs & blogs (which I have some issues w/) have posts on this.
