How do you get anything done when a capricious president cuts your legs out from under you, publicly criticizes delicately negotiated deals, moves the goal posts, & introduces new 11th hour demands and poison pills?

Ever read one of those leadership/management books? You know, one of those books by Covey, Maxwell, Drucker, et al.? Yeah, Trump is doing the exact OPPOSITE of everything they teach about being a boss.

Which explains his many, many failed businesses and filings. His only method of success is to stiff creditors and contractors, and launder money.

The “deal so carefully negotiated” the exact opposite of everything the president said. “Dems get everything they want and give up nothing. President gets nothing, and has to give up everything he promised” is not a good faith deal. So try negotiating in good faith for once

I would recommend Leadership Is An Art by Max Dupree. Discusses servant and debtor leadership which is desperately needed in our government. We need servants not politicians leading our country.

Probably the right strategy considering how treacherous and swampy Washington is.
