Corporations are amoral & apolitical. All they want to do is make a profit because if they don't do that they go out of business.

Many r no longer a-anything. They align with a side, often pushed to do so by organized politically motivated activists.

My argument is that they're doing what they perceive to be in their interest to stay in business. That's the calculation.

The gumption to say that business is apolitical is shocking to hear from a journalist. Literally, what do you even do?!?!

I used to run a business. I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. I think I know a little bit about this & I stand by my assertion.
