@mattklewis They needed the robots! It wouldn't be the same with out the "average guys kick butt" scene. It's tradition in their movies!
"The World's End" was a funny movie about nostalgia, friends, beer, and growing older. They shoulda skipped the over-the-top robots, IMHO.
