      1. I didn’t “tell a panel.” I answered a host’s question. 2. Alice Stewart was more pro-Kavanaugh than me. 3. Isn’t it a good thing that there were three women on our panel?? 4. Getting drunk doesn’t make you a rapist. There is no correlation. 5. I think I coined a phrase.https://twitter.com/RawStory/status/1046518619272810496 …

Being drunk is fine. The drinking questions go to whether he could have committed an assault but honestly believes he did not. That would square the allegations with his outrage. Evidence suggests that is a possibility (& he lied about it), so the FBI should try to run it down.

What if they find numerous people who say he got wasted all the time, but zero evidence of an attempted rape?

Then he lied under oath. Why lie about drinking if the other claims are false? That's the investigatory perspective, which doesn't really matter. If they don't find compelling evidence of assault, the big 3 will vote to confirm. Just saying it's a valid angle, not shaming.

What did he lie about? He said he drank beer and sometimes he drank too many?

We have numerous classmates who have already said he lied repeatedly. That automatically DQ's him.

Please stop saying “zero”evidence. Witness accounts are evidence, and they may or may not hold up. But one person coming forward = evidence.

I will say in defense of heavy drinking, I freely admit that I did plenty in college. I didn't worry about the buddy system. I was arrogant in my belief that I could read people & situations. Maybe I was right. More likely, I was lucky. This kind of assault happens all the time.

If testimony and accounts say high school and college drunkenness was common (to the point of oblivion/forgetting/etc.), I say Kavanaugh is unfit. Mainly because of his own vehement excuses and denials.

Why perjure yourself if there’s no correlation though? His team’s pretty dumb, but even they know they can’t fully admit to the drinking. Becuase if he does, he can’t have a valid defense or witnesses.
