1. I didn’t “tell a panel.” I answered a host’s question. 2. Alice Stewart was more pro-Kavanaugh than me. 3. Isn’t it a good thing that there were three women on our panel?? 4. Getting drunk doesn’t make you a rapist. There is no correlation. 5. I think I coined a phrase.https://twitter.com/RawStory/status/1046518619272810496 …

Yes but it also goes to the allegations that Ford, Ramirez, and Swetnick has made, And I'd suggest that his credibility as a witness is highly relevant to his fitness to serve on the Supreme Court.

Doug... this is a reach. He stated that he has drank to excess but never blacked out or sexually assaulted anyone. This is pure desperation to convince “court of public opinion” it is correlated... slippery slope logical fallacy.

Can someone explain to me why conservatives are being so disingenuous about Kavanaugh’s testimony about blackout drinking? Blackout drinking is a condition. Not all drinkers experience it. If Kavanaugh does and lies about it, that’s important to this case.

Do U know he DID drink to blackouts? No. That’s why.

Actually, it confims him and all of his “witnesses” as totally unreliable. Ms Ford also testified under oath she had not been drinking to impearment. So he has no case, he and suppoetters literally can’t remember if he tired to rape her or not.

He also spoke degradingly to female Senators which is a strong tell tale of who he really is and just how misogynistic his beliefs are. He acted like a petulant child who wasn’t getting his way! Pathetic.

Plus his obvious lies about the yearbook entries concerning boffing, Devil’s triangle, Renata and FFFFFFFourth of July. He should be embarrassed by his testimony as should anyone siding with him.

He said he may have drank “a little too much, on occasion “. That is a lie, and he became belligerent when pressed on that lie

He denied under oath that he never couldn't remember things while drunk. Which is untrue if you look at his own past words and writings. And the reason he lied is because conceding he didn't always remember everything, opens up the door to him not remembering his attack on Ford

Out of his way? That is a ridiculous interpretation. He was so defensive about his drinking he tried to bully Senators about their own drinking.

I’d say there’s at least a 50% chance that kavenaugh is guilty of what he’s being accused of. I wouldn’t vote to convict him but I wouldn’t vote for him to be on the Supreme Court.
