This path means leaving a man professing his innocence to twist in the wind because agreed to serve his country in the age of Trump.

Assuming he's innocent, the question might soon become this: Should Republicans prioritize loyalty to one individual (and the precedent abandoning him might set) over a lifetime appointment to the U.S. Supreme Court? It's an interesting question to ponder...

So, is it me, or is what constitutes intuition no longer a valid reason to take pause? Who paid off Kavanaugh's debt and why? Does he owe them anything (a decision?). How is it his financials of inflows/salary and outflows over the years wouldn't pass muster in Money Magazine 1/

and yet Republican anti-Trumpers talk about this whole process, and the rush job, in terms like "expediency?" as though this is normal? How did the judge work so closely to a serial harasser and not know about it? Seriously? When I read of his college affiliations, and HS...2/

I think, "Is this as good as it gets?" re: conservative nominees? His finances don't add up. He is either lying about having knowledge of a critical concern in 2004 having received emails, OR he forgot that detail? I would expect someone up for a lifetime appointment to recall? 3

This whole thing is such a mess, both sides keep moving the goal posts and neither sound genuine when they profess to believe one side or the other. I know it’s politics and that means votes, but the fact that each side is so blatantly maneuvering with votes in mind is disturbing

IMO -this comes down to 3 people. Flake, Collins and Murkouski. McConnell needs to get Collins and Murk out there asking for her to come. Flood the airwaves with them. They hold all the cards in this.
