He’s a tough person to interview effectively. He always comes with prepared talking points and is quick to steer away from difficult questions. He’ll take any question, reformulate it, and give a long answer to the question he *wishes* you had asked. Good luck.
I am curious if he is being paid by the President or the Trump Organization? Either monetarily or in kind?
Just don't. He's a bitter old man seeking attention.
Expecting some Martha’s Vineyard updates. This is a matter of utmost concern
Q for Mr. Dersh: if Trump is actually empowered by this passage and it effectively leads to the dissolution of our democracy, will he accept moral responsibility for his role?
Why interview such a fraud?
My recommendation is to do it in a room that locks from the outside so he can't flee when you start asking actual questions. He might try to unhinge his skeleton and squeeze under the door so block it with a towel.
Wow should be interesting. I am looking forward to it Matt!
Can you ask him if his perception of OJ’s guilt has changed over the years?
Before you interview Dershowitz, read the actual language in constitution about impeachment AND removal. Couple of subtle surprises.
Please pin him to the wall on this.
You could do everyone a favor and just, you know, not.
Don’t let him hide behind legal theory. Force him out into the open to discuss the reality of a president removed from office by the senate.
Tuning in
This is CLEARLY an argument for "forced retirement." @AlanDersh has lost it!
It is time for him to sit and be silent.
Is a very interesting idea that maybe when the Constitution says "high crimes and misdemeanors" this is what it means. Constitution does not say "congress can impeach for anything it wants." The Constitution does not say that.
