Justice Kennedy's retirement is a good barometer for judging "Never Trumpers." (Personally, I'm happy to see Trump make another great SCOTUS pick like Neil Gorsuch--assuming he makes such a pick.)

As the Court becomes more conservative, though, I'm concerned about the civil liberties and especially the 4th Amendment.

There’s conservative, then there’s Constitutionalists. Scalia was and Thomas is a constitutionalist. There is a large overlap between the two groups. All the amendments should be in good hands with constitutionalists/originalists.

We have an idea. He's been consistent in his long track record, and so far is adjudicating as expected... If Steph Curry makes 45% of his 3s on 2000 attempts, I expect a similar ratio for his next 2000. If we can't use the past to predict the future, then we can't use anything
