"Take This Job and Shove It" should have been the unofficial anthem of the 2016 election.

Johnny Paycheck is ok, but "real" outlaw country?! Nobody listed is even in the conversation. Townes Van Zandt, Guy Clark, Steve Earle.

Which 2? I mean, Townes and Guy are in a class of their own, so I'm guessing them?

You ever see Heartworn Highways? If not, do yourself a favor and check it out, you would absolutely love it. Documentary mainly focused on Guy, Townes, and David Allan Coe.

Who wrote the response song? It Started, "Hey Johnny, I'm in need of a pay check" and closed, "sure wish I had a job to shove."

She's all I Got and Old Violin are two favorite Johnny Paycheck songs. Old Violin is not as well known but worth listening to if you like old school country music. Johnny played in George Jones band and even sang backup.
