No you shouldn't. Like most other wild animals, they're only going to strike if they think you're trying to kill them (which for them includes the big scary human trying to grab or almost stepping on them.) You can gently move them with a stick or a bucket. Not venomous.

No. Don't bother them and they won't bother you. They are way more freaked...believe it or not. They look to be rattlers though. Lots of places will come and put them back into nature safely (instead of on your patio) if you need them removed. AZ lady here. Snakes are the norm.
