    Like Marty McFly’s photo, the EU line on my passport remains solid while the UK bits become blurred. Hopefully not ominous. A very sad day for those of us who still believe in a European future. I hope this is “tot ziens” and not “goodbye”.

    Dev life. Four hours spent after work trying to work out how I broke something. RestSharp behaves differently from HttpClient for exactly the same request. Four hours. Come home, have food, solution presents itself within 2 minutes.

    Too many people rely on caching to solve every performance problem. No. Make your system as efficient as possible, *then* add caching if you need to. Don't pay the consistency/correctness cost unnecessarily.
