Yes it'll turn Fresno into a oligarchy, but tbh, I prefer it over the offers that give exorbitant tax-cuts. Without Amazon in Fresno, they wouldn't have the extra income anyway. At least now it'll be spent on dual-use facilities, like when the olympics come to a city
