It’s an Obama-era book, and Trump has totally flipped the script because of how partisan people have gotten. His approval rating has a higher floor and lower ceiling.

So in a way, he has more power than Obama ever did. And yet he’d have a lot less had Obama not expanded the authority of the executive branch.
