I value ideological diversity over racial diversity. You might say that this is an example of my White Privilege, but saying so clearly shows Boring Privilege.
Depends on the granularity. You generally want uniformity within organizations, with less and less as you get closer to the top, and diversity between organizations.

Then the uniformity should represent the different factions of the constituents you serve or sell to. You don’t need to create the Tower of Babel not allowing new ideas and opinions to flourish.
