The nice thing about Harvard’s admissions strategy is that they’ve created a school even more selective than Harvard, called Harvard-and-I’m-Asian-btw.

I wonder if Asian Harvard grads still get underselected at, say, Google. If so, that would suggest the disparity is due to superficially racial considerations rather than "intangible factors" not on the resume because Harvard Asians would've presumably already passed that filter.

Google’s Asian overrepresentation is so high that non-Hispanic whites are *underrepresented*, but I don’t have stats by school.

Hehe yeah I also realized that these aren't necessarily comparable metrics either, both between companies and unis and within those two groups. Oh well, must be some other way to tease this stuff out
