Looks like its time for me to learn MotionBuilder. I hear good things though. I know a few of you whose timeline I'll be scowering. Looking at you @Shrill_Llama - I appreciate that pinned tweet no less.
Definitely going to set it Maya defaults. That should make it easier to get started for me.

One thing to bear in mind is you lose a bit of low level functionality by switching to the Maya preset. Personally, I spent the time to learn the MoBu defaults

It basically just means instead of alt to drag properties around, you need to press x :)
