Of course the reverse would be true when a game animator goes to film. Like being an American in England. I get it, you gave us the language, but that’s not a lorry - it’s a truck!

You can tell when you meet a film animator new to games when they call gameplay animations (natch) a shot. Sometimes we just call them anims (or occasionally what the exported file abbreviation is depending on who you’re talking to.)https://twitter.com/_davemullins/status/962375895204880385 …

Whenever I finish a shot or cycle or whatever it happens to be, I usually go with "I did a thing". Should break that habit maybe?
