Is that a venomous shield? I knew you could get dot on-hit on weapons, but how does that work?
It will sleep a target on blocking an attack. I have successfully got it to work yet.

Tbh blocking attacks is super OP, that sounds amazing! It took me a while to remember how to do it, though. Turns out it was Pressing E as an opponent was attacking. Makes certain targets a breeze
