Folks who have given a presentation: how many times did you run through your talk beforehand?

for ToTT, because time is so precious i have to practice to get within the time. 30-45 mins lets you riff 5 mins is harder
I'm pretty confident about speaking but getting it into 30 minutes is a concern. I'm running through it a few times for cuts.

The first time i got my 30 min talk under 30 was on the day, everytime before was a couple mins over.

I have some slides I can easily gloss over if I start to run long. Supporting examples.
