Folks who have given a presentation: how many times did you run through your talk beforehand?

About 10 times to myself, 5 times in front people. Depends how scripted your talk is. I read the notes almost word for word.
Its not super scripted. The intro is but mostly I'm just riffing off an outline. Hope that doesn't bite me in the ass.

Hey you'll be fine man! Terrifying waiting to go up, but once you're up there it's not so bad at all.

Worth triple checking your slides work fine on whatever laptop they end up on. Had issues last year which was a bit awkward.

I find riffing off an outline easiest - you don't get flustered/out of place when things don't go as planned
