About 10 times to myself, 5 times in front people. Depends how scripted your talk is. I read the notes almost word for word.

Its not super scripted. The intro is but mostly I'm just riffing off an outline. Hope that doesn't bite me in the ass.

Trust yourself. If you feel confident not practicing and just riffing, DO IT. Embrace your method. (I didn't practice mine)
