Same, my laptop didn't support well D2 (hopefully future update will fix this). But loved playing without the power :D
In spite of some bugs, Dishonored 2 is my Game of the Year. Loving the level design in particular. Having a lot of fun.

I heard PC was a bit rough. I'm on PS4 and so far most bugs are AI pathing issues and one time falling through the map.

Absolutely! Each level really brings some new fun and the multiple ways you can solve a mission is great.
