I'm surprised the animation has the translation data for the joints!
They get pulled around a lot. It makes for some interesting monstrosities. I'd like to see Winston's enrage on another hero.

Actually now that I think about it, if you're using smear frames during in-game animation you'd need translation yeah?

Yeah, this was all new to me. Couldn't do that on Bioshock. We can also non-uniform scale certain bones that have no children.
