@mattheweboehm totally agree there is less going on in the world. Haven't found any beached whales and a lot of the locations look similar.
Really enjoying Just Cause 3. The wingsuit's a blast and Medici is a beautiful place. I feel Panau had more going on tho. Still, a good time
