There's a great irony in a tumblr blog calling itself THEARTOFANIMATION when all it does is post illustrative work.

@axl99 - I should quantify. Illustrations that have zip to do with animation. No vis-dev, not even so much as a character turnaround sheet.
@axl99 I see that a lot when going to art shows around LA. I love the work and am a big fan of the artists...but where's the animation?
