If Maya layers behaved exactly like CAT layers I'd be so happy.

@bclark_cgchar Maya is less straight forward. CAT is very easy to grasp. Copying poses is simple, additive layers behave better.

@mattheweboehm middle mouse drag timeline to grab a pose from existing time.. and key, Maya layers are per attribute/object, add all ctrls. -
