First time firing up a fancy rig. So many foot controls I'm not use to its hard to get the right poses in this run cycle. So it goes.

@mattheweboehm Yeah, when I'm sane, I try to go bare bones until the motion is thoroughly described and reads clearly. -

@AnimJack Yep I just went for pose without thinking how I was going to get to the next. The foot is now rotated off its pivot in a weird way
