Arkane please make Dishonored 3. My wife has played all of the existing Dishonored games dozens of times and needs something new to play. (Or someone else steal their level design and gameplay.)

If you're not burned out on "secret lab/space station gone wrong"-settings Arkane's Prey is also a solid immersive sim... and you could try the System Shock series that inspired that game.
We’ve both played Prey and Thief and enjoyed them. Good call on Deus Ex, I’ve only played Mankind Divided. I’ll suggest my wife try those games.

Also good: Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines (less fighting, more talking) If you just want the exploring-a-place-in-1st-person thing but can do without combat & stealth Fullbright's Gone Home and Tacoma are also worth a look.
