Learned that our cat is a somewhat effective early warning system for an earthquake. He got real weird.
He was laying next to when he suddenly perked up and start looking toward the window. There’s a neighbor cat that sometimes goes by our window so I thought that’s what he was looking for. Then he bolted upstairs right before it started shaking.

I think that was it. It seemed like he heard the shaking first. I even heard it from the door and our window blinds before it really go going. If the window was open I would have thought it was the wind.
