I hear Eastshade is good for that! Haven't tried it yet, though. 
I’m absolutely a player who enjoys exploration. First few hours of Sekiro are great. Just discovering the world and avoiding bosses. Now I have to fight one and I’ve died 20 times in a row. I think I’m done with this game now.
